I forbindelse med MOT / EU kontroll på Celicaen, så ble det feil på for svakt håndbrekk. Ikke så rart nå jeg begynte å sjekk. Jeg har byttet håndbrekks båndene for noen år siden, men bilen ble ikke brukt etter det. Og jeg hadde helt tydelig justert de alt for svake! Men nå var det bare å ta seg samme og gjøre den ordentlig! Hva trenger man: Et flatskrujern Jeg har vel aldrig gjort dette selv, så det blir litt frem og tilbake, for å finne den opptimale virkningen. Nye bremsebånd, må vel også få satt seg ordentlig og gått seg til.

In connection with the MOT / EU check on the Celica, there was an error about the handbrake being too weak. No wonder now that I started checking. I changed the handbrake bands a few years ago, but the car was not used after that. And I had clearly adjusted them far too weak! But now it was just a matter of getting down to business and doing it properly! What you need: A flat screwdriver I’ve probably never done this myself, so it will be a bit of back and forth to find the optimal effect. New brake bands, must also be fitted properly and adjusted.
